software localization for kochartech
Kochartech is a leading Indian ‘Digital Transformation’ company offering BPM, SaaS and AIoT solutions serving clients across 25+ countries.
We worked with them to localise their software in four languages: Spanish (EU), Italian, Romanian and Hungarian.
The key challenge in the project was the presence of codes and placeholders- these needed to be left intact. Our LocEngineering team pre-processed the strings and converted all the placeholders into tags so the order can be retained as the flow of the language changes.
We worked with native translators with a background in IT/software for this project. We trained them on how to handle the codes, tags and placeholders.
After the translation and QC was complete, the engineering team replaced the stage with the original placeholders for delivery to Kochartech.
