Test Instructions

If you’re shortlisted to take a test for a language pair, it means that we have an active requirement or a requirement coming up in the next 3 months. We highly recommend that you take your test within 1 week of being approved for testing.

The test is roughly 250 words. The test must be done on a computer

1. The test needs to be completed in one sitting. There is no time limit.
However, the time you spend on the test window is recorded and stored for our reference.

2. You are not allowed to use any kind of machine translation or outside assistance. The test must be a 100% human translation.
If we find that you used machine translation on the test, your score will be voided and you will be banned from our platform.

3. The test must be completed in the translation window. You must type the answers manually into the target box.
We ask you to do this to prevent cheating and font incompatibility issues.

4. Your answer must be complete. If the entire text in the source is not translated, we will not consider your test

5. No further instructions other than the information on this page is available.

6. You will only get one attempt at the test. Once you click ‘Submit’, you cannot make any changes to your answer.

1. How long will it take for me to get my results?
We aim to assess all tests in 15 to 30 working days. In some rare cases, it can take up to 45 days.

2. Can I see the full test results?
Unfortunately, to prevent answer sharing we cannot share the test results with you or give you any feedback.

3. Can I dispute my results?
We do not enter into discussion about test results. All results are final.

4. Can I retake the test?
You can retake the test after 6 months (at our vendor team’s discretion) by writing to us at [email protected].
