How are our translators selected?

We begin with a thorough review of each candidate’s CV to assess their background, experience, and qualifications. Following this, we conduct interviews to evaluate their communication skills, professionalism, and overall suitability for our team.
Onboarding
Eligible candidates are invited to register on our linguist portal, where they are added to our database. This portal helps us manage and maintain detailed records of our translators, including their skills, expertise, and availability. Here, details of their assignments and reviews are stored and updated.
Skill Evaluation
Candidates undergo rigorous skill evaluations, which include translation tests and assessments tailored to their language pairs and areas of expertise. These tests are reviewed by our senior linguists to ensure that only the best join our team.
Experience & Expertise
We evaluate candidates’ backgrounds in the translation industry, their specific areas of expertise, and their educational qualifications. This ensures that they are well-versed in the nuances of the subjects they will be translating.
Verification
We verify all relevant documents and certifications to confirm the authenticity of each translator’s qualifications. This includes checking their educational credentials, professional certifications, and other relevant documentation.
