Translating the Branchx Website & App into 9 Indian languages
BranchX is a ‘phygital’- a combination of a physical and digital bank with an AI-powered financial advisor.
BranchX is built for Bharath and wanted its services to be accessible to all Indians in a language they understand.
We translated and localized the BranchX website and mobile app in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, and Gujarati. These languages are collectively spoken by more than 90% of India’s population.
For this project, we worked closely with the BranchX team to understand their audience and their mission. Our linguists worked to translate content in a way to makes it easily accessible to Indians with limited financial and banking knowledge.
